From Author Donna Boddy comes Angel With A Mission, a captivating and inspiring story of true love, tragedy, loss, and the restoration, forgiveness and redemption that is found in Christ. This intriguing novel offers immense hope in the midst of overcoming great adversity.

Let Author, Donna Boddy, transport you back in time, as she invites you to take a journey through life with young Kata. A woman who had everything this world had to offer. A promising career and fame, a loving husband and family, wealth, a high place in society, stability and security, but as life would have it sometimes these things can change rather abruptly. And although life is ever changing, what do you do about it when you come to the end of yourself and life as you once knew it has forever changed?

A triumphant story of restoration, this novel follows Kata during some of history’s most memorable moments to include war torn Germany, during the Great War. Kata weathers the dismal storms of many of these challenges and life’s tragedies, as we all have, but comes to find a greater hope. This is an overwhelming, emotional and delightful novel that will have you fully engaged. You will not be able to put this book down with this powerful novel that will have you sometimes crying and grabbing for a tissue, as you follow Kata through her life’s winding path.

Author Donna Boddy’s writing style flows so well and eloquently, it’s like you’re right there with Kata in each scene. This is a wonderful novel of a life interrupted by betrayal, war, sickness, death and tragedy, yet offers true biblical inspiration and strength to the trials and tribulations that we can all face in life. Relying on powerful spiritual truths, the author will lift you up and encourage you in your faith as you follow Kata on her life’s journey where you might find your own story within the pages of this exhilarating novel. None of us are exempt from life’s tragedies and tribulations. We all have our own grief to bear and burdens to carry. This novel will point you to the One that cares for you. Truly an encouraging, captivating, faith builder!

This book would make a wonderful ministry tool to those who are weary or to those that do not know Christ. One can look at your own life through the pages of this intricate novel and find that there is a familiar sense that we’ve all been there before. This novel will leave you with an undeniable and unshakable faith. A true mini-series in the making and I will be looking forward to the next sequel!

Authors Blog Class 101

For those of you that are considering launching a blog here is a authors blog in the makings and unfolding. As with most sites found on the web, everything starts from scratch with a overall vision and then starts unfolding one creation and one page at a time.

First a author needs to decide on which blogging community to go with. Personally I like blogger and for various reasons from A to Z. Second you must pick a template to work with. Now for the best part regarding templates with blogger. You can change template designs at any time or within any process of building your blog from start to finish and blogger has some pretty awesome templates to choose from.

After you have chosen a template, next comes putting the furniture in the house so to speak and laying out your blog using the design program, color choices, ad ons and extras. I would recommend laying out your side bars first with all the ad ons, extras and goodies if possible because the length of your side bar will also determine the length of your blog and how many posts that you display on the home page.

There are millions of blogs on line so take some time to look around and determine which blogging community and template that you want to start out with, how you want the overall appearance of your blog to look and this will make things a lot easier. If you use blogger to build and launch your blog spend some time in the management program viewing all the templates, ad ons and extras. This will make your designing process and finished product go and look much cleaner.

Something else to consider from the get go is your blog address. Think this one out and create a blog address that best describes your blog, you as author or your book.

And the best part, if you choose blogger just follow the simple instructions and you will be live and online in minutes.

Author Blogs That Work "Keeping It Simple"

Too many times I come by author blogs that are created more so for the author than the visitor and reader of the blog. It's as if the author has designed their blog to make a statement or just to get their name up in lights.

A authors blog should be tailored to the visitor, the reader or the book lover. It should be created with simplicity in mind providing just enough information to capture the readers attention. The whole purpose of a authors blog is to promote, market and share your books with book lovers and readers.

So what should the basis of a authors blog be built upon?

1) A short description about the author with a authors head shot.
2) A short description about the book with a cover shot of the book.
3) Some reviews about the book.
4) A sneak preview into 1 or two pages of the book.
5) Where and how to order the book.
6) Some links that share where and how to order the book.
7) Some other short interesting writings or poetry to share with interested readers.

Of course from the above list one could become creative, but the who purpose of a authors blog is to create a simple marketing blog that showcases the book 1st, the author 2nd and how and where to order the book or books 3rd.

4 Key's To Successful Author Promotions And Book Marketing

Are you fast into promoting and marketing your books. If that is the case, I would imagine that you are following the authors buzz circuit. Blink, I'm sure your wondering what the authors buzz circuit is? Me too, but what it boils down to is all these authors running around from site to site trying to get their name in lights while creating some fame and book buzz.

That's when authors attempt to pump up their book sales by hanging out at authors sites. You know, these cool sites where gazillions of authors register, hang out, interact and try and sell each other their books. Now that's targeted marketing. Imagine McDonalds trying to sell In N Out Hamburgers and french fries.

1st let me encourage you that while it is a lot of fun to hang out with other authors and writers, interact and share information. Authors write books and only make up for a very small tiny percentage of book buyers. In fact it's so tiny that it's not worth mentioning. You must not fall into that trap believing that you will find success selling your books on authors sites. Yes I know you get the cool profile pic, you can uplaod your book cover, create a description, click a few buttons and there you are in lights. Along with a kazillion other authors and books. Impressive.

Don't get me wrong there are a few premire sites out there that as a author you want to get pluged into. However authors that run around from site to site to site registering and interacting at these authors sites will find their inbox and email filled with not book sales, but simply online interactions, which can be fun by the way. However, I believe that what every author is hoping for is book sales. Right?

All authors must find the market that their book falls into and tap into that market and just because some forum, group or site has a room set to the side that your book falls into doesn't mean anything when it comes to sales.

Focus on the following:

1) A Authors site or blog. (This is a must)
2) A sister site or sister blog. (It's nice to have a fulltime salesmen)
3) Promoting and marketing those sites. (Bingo, this is key)
4) Prime networking using targeted marketing. (Marketing 101)

The above 4 things should be your 1st priority for online marketing. You must create your own network that shares you as author, about your book, contact information, additional content of interest and where and how to order your books. Then you must market your site, blog and network.

If you need some advice, assistance or a online specialist to help you with the above. Contact us at kingdomexpansion1@gmail.com as we can help.

We also assist authors in creating online promotional pages, authors media blogs and other forms of marketing and author promotions.

Author Book Marketing & Blogs

Every author must have a authors site of blog. However, in this post lets talk blogs. Blogs provide you with a great way to promote, market and share your book online. With a blog you can also join other great blogging communities, networks and social clubs that you can't with a website. With a blog you can add your blog address to many profiles in endless networks, communities and social communities that do not except websites. You see, the blogging world is a HUGE online world and a world of it's own.

With a blog you can easily upload photos, place daily content posts, add other great online programs, services, images and all sorts of things that are usually built right into the design and management program. With a blog you can create a simpe easy promotions and marketing platform or a intense platform.

Many times authors either don't have the experience or the time to design and create a authors blog. If that's you, contact us as we can help.
