The author started his search upon noticing this pattern of announcing truths in the Book of Genesis. To his amazement, he found a unique pattern within the Scriptures. Over 100 biblical principles and truths are presented in this Biblical study. The author asks the question of why? This book answers that important question, and takes note of a pattern as it relates to mankind and to God. Those who love a challenge, and a unique, but biblically founded material, will find this an interesting adventure that will bless them with knowledge of these principals, giving them a wealth of wisdom that can be applied in one's life.

The question one asks is, why is 3 so important. Upon further investigation, the author correspondingly answers; why should we be surprised that our creator, existing as the trinity, should set forth such patterns. These patterns exist even in the creation of the universe, in time as the past, present and future, in space that takes length, width and height to measure it, in matter where atoms are made of protons, neutrons and electrons, as well in the natural status of matter that are: solid, liquid and gas, to include the primary colors of red, blue and yellow from which other colors are made. This is an exciting study that will open the readers mind to the truth and certainty of scripture given three times, where God is saying, "Did you not hear me? I said it three times." The reader will be challenged to take seriously scripture that is mentioned in triplet in that it is also a call to obedience to God, His Word and the Scripture.

This is an amazing and analytical read that ties all the loose ends of this question, why 3 and what is the significance together. Not only will the reader understand that God is a God of order and that numbers have hidden meanings, but one will be amazed at the absoluteness of this pattern set forth and the meaning. When Walls Talk by FaithWriter Member Paula Titus - My shadows sob. My colors cry. Dreary grey. Tawny yellow, runs - from urine spatter. My crevices house cockroaches. My cracks harbor rats. I hold no paintings or mirrors or clocks. Time doesn't run here, it melts. Dripping and fading from one moment into the next.

Random patches of blue, in places where paint remains. Look closer and you will see her fingernail scratches, over the mattress. She claws my paint. I cannot give her something to hold - when she digs. When she screams. All I offer is blue flakes beneath her fingernails.

Under the boarded window are long black streaks across and down, jagged edges of pealing plaster from the rocking cage. They locked Soriya therein, after the beating. She fought the metal bars, banging and pounding the door against me. Arching her back, she carried the weight of the cage from side to side smashing it here and there. When her tiny frame lost strength, she slept. The indentations marred her cheek. No tears came when she woke, just a hollow gaze into darkness. Soriya has survived many beatings, many days encaged - until she learned she mustn't resist the clients.

Do you see the spike? There, in the corner, nailed into my depths. Today they are coming again to chain Soriya there, to the spike. They will bring the thread and the needle. The stench of blood will linger for days, long after the stitches are once again broken. They say the clients want virgins, and so she will be. Again and again. They will make her be whatever they want.

Afterward, when Soriya's wails no longer echo, when the vibration of her mourning settles to whimpers, I will absorb it all. I will silence the sounds. When she is no longer able to stand, I will stand for her. I will hold her up when she's weak, when she leans, when she falls. She will beat against my surface, blow after blow, when the rage and disgust in herself rises up. She thinks no one sees, no one cares, no one hears. She doesn't know - this wall can talk. She doesn't know that you have heard.If walls could talk, this story is one which could be told. Although Soriya is a fictional character, she speaks for victims of sex trafficking all over the world who need your help. Some things in this world are so horrific, so disturbing, they make us feel hopeless and helpless. What can we do?

As noted by the author and according to the American Cancer Society 241,740 men were to be diagnosed with prostate cancer in the year 2012.

This is a staggering statistic and many suffer alone. This book is specifically written to assist those diagnosed with prostate cancer and to assist them through this difficult journey. It has once been said that, "Experience is the best teacher." In that spirit, Rick and Brenda Redner, break their silence and give insight on how to cope with the emotional, relational, physical, sexual and spiritual aspects of dealing with prostate surgery. Fighting the battle of cancer, surgery and recovery is not an easy road, one that is best fought with the help of many others.

To say that this book is very informative is actually an understatement because this book has volumes of information. With honesty and compassion, the authors' write of Rick's experience as he went in for a routine examine and a refill for a prescription, only to find out he had a mysterious lump on his prostate. This is where his journey with prostate cancer began that forever changed his life.

He shares his emotions, thoughts and actions in a sometimes humorous candor, but does so with wisdom for others in hopes that the chain of isolation that many men feel when they are given this diagnosis is broken to allow for informed decisions that will lead to the path of healing. Inspiring and encouraging, the author asks if you are seeking God first in your life. The book also speaks of our own assumptions, and assumptions that relate to God as well. By use of specific reading fundamentals that have been in use for centuries and rules of interpretation, the author is careful and diligent to interpret scripture, not adding any of his own assumptions or interpretations. The book challenges readers to examine their walk with God and to come into a place of maturity by going back to the basics. The basics are presented in his book and are taken from scripture.

Presenting an overview of each subject, chapters are short and sweet and include scripture that instruct, inspire and encourage believers and non-believers alike to make God their focus and priority in life. The theme of the book is to put God first in all you do and toss out all assumptions that are just that…assumptions. Assumptions are what we live and accept from those around us and in our world. Shari Hadley's life was marred with abuse, sorrow and grief. She came to know that life was difficult at an early age as she endured horrible abuse throughout her childhood. Her answer was to turn to a Neo-Pagan religion known as Wicca. In the end, as her life culminated into one tragedy after another with the abrupt death of her husband that led her on a journey to search for the One true God, Jesus Christ.

After the police left her house that night and given her the horrible news that her husband had been killed in a car crash, Shari Hadley, embarked on a path to find truth. Her religion as a Wiccan left her empty and angry. With the death of her husband, began her doubt that she had any protection from evil at all. She realized that her religion was useless and powerless and that all the teachings were false.

Searching for answers, the Lord ambushed her in such a way that led her to salvation. Witness her conversion and her fight as she battles to become free from the wickedness that had once kept her bound. Eventually, through much perseverance and spiritual warfare, Shari found peace and strength in Jesus Christ. She also found out that He is the only One true God and came into a very personal relationship with Him.
